To navigate this site correctly you must enable JavaScript!
 
To enable JavaScript:

If you're using IE, click on Tools >> Internet Options, select the Security tab and click the Custom Level button ...
So in the list you must enable Scripting Active and Scripting of Java applets (approximately half of the list).

If you're using FIREFOX click on Tools >> Options and in the Content tab activate Enable JavaScript
 
If you're using GOOGLE CHROME click on Options >> Settings >> Show advanced settings ...
In the Privacy section click the Content Settings ... and check the entry Allow to run JavaScript at all sites (recommended) in paragraph JavaScript
